You will learn Baptiste Methodology, Practice and Principles. You will effectively teach the JIP sequence. You will learn what True North Alignment is and how to cue it. You will practice Asana, Meditation and Inquiry. You will be able to apply yoga philosophies to your life, practice and teaching.

  • Anita has 10 years of experience leading a 200 hr program and she has a 500hr E-RYT credential.

  • You will graduate with a 200 hr RYT Yoga Alliance Certification.

  • This program is as much a leadership training as it is a yoga teacher training program.

We will meet on Saturdays: 7:45 am-5:30/6:30 pm (90 min break). Sundays: 9 am- 7:15pm. (90 min break)

A $500 deposit is required to save your spot (deposit is non-refundable, NO exceptions, unless program is canceled then a refund will be given)

Payment options:

  1. Pay in full by May 7

  2. Pay half by May 7, 2nd half by June 18

  3. Set up payment on a 3 month autopay plan on your credit card on or before June 18 ….first payment starts on Day you sign up for training
