Our Be Moved to Lead 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training is an opportunity for you to surpass your expectations of your life! Confidence, courage, leadership, connection, and the reality that your greatness is within you and ready to SHINE OUT!

The promise of this program:

You will learn Baptiste Methodology, Practice and Principles. You will effectively teach the JIP sequence. You will learn what True North Alignment is and how to cue it. You will practice Asana, Meditation and Inquiry. You will be able to apply yoga philosophies to your life, practice and teaching. You will graduate with a 200 hr RYT certificate.

Join us for Be Moved Power Yoga's sixth BMTL program. Anita Trent along other Be Moved instructors will lead this powerful leadership training program. Collectively, they have spent many hours leading teachers through the Be Moved to Lead teacher training program.

We will meet Fri evenings from 6-9pm. On Saturdays, we will meet for 8:00am - 5:00pm. Sundays will be 8:00am- 7:00pm. Our time will be spent practicing, learning, training, as well as empowering ourselves and each other.
