This program follows Baptiste Yoga’s 40 Days to Personal Revolution and will be led by Anita Trent. You will build your yoga and meditation practice and learn how to apply the core methodology and tools of Baptiste Yoga to areas of your life where you want to make changes and create real results.
40 DAYS INCLUDES:
-Weekly meetings with your fellow BMPY community,
Thursdays, 7:15-8:30pm and Sunday, 10:00-11:15 am
-Weekly yoga practice, meditation & balanced nutrition exploration
-Journaling and self-inquiry work
-40 Days tribe t-shirt
